The government of Monaco digitizes appointment scheduling to better serve both citizens and public sector employees
As part of its digital transformation, the Principality of Monaco has committed to strengthening the connection between its Administration and its citizens. To support this objective, the Prince’s Government selected Agendize as its online appointment scheduling solution.

The Prince’s Government aimed to rethink the way appointments were organized across its public services, with a dual objective :

On the staff side, the Agendize dashboard streamlines workload distribution and appointment tracking. Access levels are configured by role (administrator, user, scheduler), enabling refined management, even during peak periods or with limited resources.
