What is Agendize?

Agendize is a SaaS solution for scheduling and scheduling appointments online, designed for large businesses. It centralizes availability management, automates the allocation of appointments to the right employees and streamlines customer relationships across all channels (web, mobile, call-center, CRM).

How does Agendize differ from a simple shared calendar solution?

Unlike a traditional collaborative agenda, Agendize orchestrates planning at the scale of a network: several establishments, teams, collaborators, departments and time zones can be synchronized in the same environment. Attribution, travel, and availability rules are fully configurable to reflect your actual organization.

Can Agendize be integrated into our existing information system?

Yes. Agendize integrates via REST API and webhooks with internal applications (CRM, ERP, business tools, HRIS, etc.) as well as with corporate calendars (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Exchange).
