New features

Appointment scheduling

  • Redesign of the BO Stepper widget: unification of the appointment booking processes in “free mode” and “guided mode”.
  • Automatic selection of the collaborator when a staff user has restricted access to only one collaborator.
  • Addition of a clear summary at the end of the course when making an appointment in the business console.
  • Customizing the home page: each user can choose to land on the dashboard or on the calendar.

Event-based

  • New rights linked to events: possible configuration at the global level or by institution.
  • Multi-establishment support for events, with the possibility of linking an event to several establishments.
  • Filters by establishment in event management interfaces (list of events, sessions, etc.).
  • New action in workflows: automatic sending of a notification to the presenter when registering for a session.

Technical improvements

  • Migration to the new ACL for Luzmo reporting.
  • Switch to Pinia as a status store in the BO Stepper widget.
  • Addition of an API to list establishments by scope (e.g. events, appointments).
  • Inclusion of the date the appointment was created in generic data exports.

Bug fixes

  • Resolved a bug where cancelled multi-capacity appointments were displayed, which appeared duplicates in the calendar.
  • Correction of the truncated list of telephone prefixes in the event widget.
  • Resolved an interface issue with a notification switch that was deactivated unintentionally.
  • Fixed a block preventing the creation of queues despite sufficient rights.
  • Securing HTML rendering to avoid vulnerability problems associated with dynamic content.
