Agendize is committed to taking into account the protection of your Personal Data and your privacy when designing the services offered to you, thus making it possible to minimize the risks of non-compliance with the principles of the RGPD and the amended Data Protection Act.
Thus, appropriate and proportionate technical and organizational measures for the processing of Personal Data are taken in view of the purpose sought by Agendize in the processing envisaged. The application of this principle also makes it possible to implement preventive measures to limit the risks relating to Personal Data.

5. What are the treatments, purposes, legal bases and collected data concerned by this policy ?
Agendize collects and processes data for the purposes described below or specified at the time of collection.
6. Who may your Personal Data be communicated to?
The data collected is intended for Agendize. Your data may be transmitted or communicated depending on the treatment concerned:
- To the relevant internal departments of Agendize;
- To recipients external to Agendize: Your personal data may be communicated only to authorized recipients and within the limit necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy. These may include technical service providers, contractual partners or professional consultants who act on our behalf and are subject to a contractual obligation of confidentiality and security.

- To “authorized third parties”, i.e. competent authorities when required by law or to respond to legitimate requests, in particular in the context of legal proceedings, legal obligations or requests from public authorities.
Under no circumstances are your data transferred, sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes without your prior consent.
7. Can your Personal Data be transferred outside the European Union?
Agendize carries out most of the processing of your personal data on the territory of the European Union (EU).
In the case of transfers of personal data outside the EU, Agendize ensures that these transfers are governed by an adequacy decision or by appropriate guarantees, in accordance with articles 45 and 46 of the RGPD.
8. How long is your Personal Data stored for?
The duration of storage of your Personal Data depends on the processing carried out.
Agendize undertakes not to keep your Personal Data beyond the time necessary for the provision of the service, and therefore for your use of the service, plus the retention period imposed by the applicable rules on legal prescription.
9. How is your Personal Data protected?
Agendize undertakes to take all measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your Personal Data and in particular to prevent them from being damaged, erased or from being accessed by unauthorized third parties.
Only authorized persons can access the data. Any subcontractor personnel are always accompanied and supervised by an employee of Agendize and/or the Information System Department (DSI) when they access the data servers.
We are constantly improving our security procedures as technologies evolve in order to maintain a maximum level of protection. Our staff and that of our subcontractors who have access to personal data are contractually subject to an obligation of confidentiality.
Organizational measures include limiting access to personal data to only authorized persons with a legitimate interest in knowing it.
In addition, in the event of a security incident affecting your Personal Data (destruction, loss, alteration or disclosure), Agendize ensures that it complies with the obligation to notify Personal Data breaches, in particular to the CNIL.
10. What are your rights to your Personal Data?
You have the right to exercise with Agendize at any time the rights provided for by the regulations in force applicable to personal data, subject to meeting the conditions and according to the basis for the processing of the data concerned:
- Right of access: you may have communication of your Personal Data processed by Agendize based on your consent, the execution of a public service mission, a legal obligation, the execution of your contract or the legitimate interest of Agendize;
- Right to correction: you can update your Personal Data or have your Personal Data processed by Agendize rectified based on your consent, the execution of a public service mission, a legal obligation, the execution of your contract or the legitimate interest of Agendize;
- Right to object: you can express your wish that your Personal Data will no longer be processed in the event that the processing is based on your consent (you withdraw your consent) or on contractual performance (contract withdrawal clause) as well as in the case of processing carried out in the legitimate interests of Agendize. However, you cannot object to processing carried out in the framework of a legal obligation incumbent on Agendize or in the context of the execution of a public service mission which presents compelling and legitimate reasons that prevail over your rights and freedoms;
- Right to erasure: you may request the deletion of your Personal Data, subject to the legal retention period, in the event that the processing is based on your consent (you withdraw your consent) or on contractual performance (contract waiver clause) as well as in the case of processing carried out in the legitimate interests of Agendize. On the other hand, you cannot request the deletion of data from processing carried out in the framework of a legal obligation or the performance of a public service mission incumbent on Agendize;
- Right to limitation: you can request the suspension of the processing of your Personal Data based on your consent, legal obligation, contractual performance or the legitimate interest of Agendize if you have an ongoing request for correction, deletion or opposition or if you believe the processing is unlawful;
- Right to portability: you can ask Agendize to recover your Personal Data in order to dispose of it only if the processing is based on your consent or the execution of a contract. You cannot benefit from the right to portability in the event that the processing is carried out in the context of a legal obligation, the execution of a public service mission or the legitimate interest of Agendize.
11. How to exercise your rights over your Personal Data?
When collecting your Personal Data, you are given the address (postal and/or electronic) to which to send your request to exercise your rights.
Any request made in a framework that does not make it possible to eliminate a doubt about the identity of the applicant must be accompanied by a copy of a proof of identity.
Agendize undertakes to respond to your requests to exercise your rights as soon as possible and at the latest within one (1) month from the receipt of your request and insofar as the exercise of these rights does not affect the execution of the contract or the compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. If necessary, this period could be extended by two (2) months in case of complexity and/or a large number of requests.
Agendize complies with its obligations in terms of the protection, security and confidentiality of users' personal data and has appointed a Data Protection Officer.
