25 Apr Product Updates – Dashboard, Online Scheduling, Live Chat and Save & Share
We’ve been hard at work on some big changes to Agendize and are proud to tell you about some of them today.
If you’re like most of our users, you spend the majority of your time in your chat or scheduling console, so we have reorganized the platform to put them upfront in a new unified Dashboard. Now, as soon as you log in, you will be looking at your Chat or Scheduling console.
Online Scheduling – New Look
We’ve reorganized and given a new look to your Online Scheduling console. From the Dashboard, you now have easy access to your appointments, client list and Scheduling settings. This should make it much easier and faster to manage your appointments on a daily basis.
Chat – Going Offline
When you’re in between chats and want to step away for a few minutes, instead of having to log out entirely, we have now added a switch that allows you to go offline. When you return, just flip the switch and you’re available to chat again!
A Whole New Save & Share
After looking at how our Save & Share tools are being used, we decided to make some changes to how they work. Now, you can simply choose to create a Save & Share button based on the type of information you want to save and share: a website address, a physical location, or an event! Based on the type of information, you can then choose which Save & Share tools you’d like to use. Saving an event? Your customers can save it to their calendar, send it by SMS, save the location to their GPS, share it on social networks and more!
