We work tirelessly to improve our platform and make Agendize the one-stop shop for conversion and interaction tools. Over the last year, we added new APIs, redesigned and rebuilt some tools from the ground up and added lots of other new features to all of our tools.
We wanted to kick off the new year with a big change that has been requested by many customers. This improvement will make managing your company’s usage of the Agendize platform much easier: all-you-can-eat monthly pricing plans.
Most web software pricing creates different classes of user, like the airlines. Economy Class customers don’t get access to APIs, or can’t use the white label features, or can’t even get a person on the phone for help – they can fill a contact form and hope for a response within 24-72 hours. The ability to speak with a human is reserved for the First Class customers. As far as we’re concerned, there are no classes. All Agendize customers are in First Class.
We recognize that Agendize’s true power lies in using a combination of tools to make it easy for your customers interact with your team. So why would we limit your usage? All of our plans include use of ALL of the Agendize tools and “First Class” features like APIs and white label. Plus, all of our plans include immediate technical support by telephone and chat during business hours. Kiss the 24-72 hour wait for help goodbye.
Our Basic, Professional and Premium plans are only differentiated based on your company’s needs. Are you a small business with just one or two chat and/or online scheduling operators? Then our Basic plan is perfect for you. If you need more operators or have a high-traffic website, the Professional or Premium plans are the way to go.
