Agendize's partnership with Capsule allows us to create new contacts and see appointments from Agendize to Capsule. The synchronization works when booking an appointment on the customer's end or the back office.
When the customer book an appointment via the Agendize widget, all the information will be automatically sent to the Pipedrive CRM. You can synchronize the CRM PipeDrive to your Agendize contact database to have coordinates of all your Pipedrive customers from the Agendize interface. What this CRM has in common with Agendize is the wide range of APIs, which allows many possibilities for customization.
Enabling Zoho will allow your Agendize appointments to show in Zoho's calendar. In order for Agendize to fetch from Zoho, you will need to use the Zapier connector.
Constant contact is an email marketing, which allows customers to customize their web marketing emails, coupons, events etc. all within one platform. Agendize partnership with them allows us to pull their CRM when booking from the back-end.
