Our new release will support you even better in converting more of them! You can now easily manage promotional rate for your clients! Agendize takes care of the rest by automating all your promotions.

First, access the dedicated space Agendize has created to manage all your promotions. Create a promotion, select one or several services and input the discount percentage you would like to offer.

Then, assign the promotion to the appropriate clients.

When you click on an “assign” button, your entire client list appears.

Using the smart search, you can select the lucky clients who will benefit from the discounts you’ve chosen to offer.

That’s it! Free yourself of the time and energy required to manage your promotions and go back to your daily activities in comfort. Agendize automatically manages your promotions through to payment.

If your account manages mandatory or optional online payment, the promotion will appear at the final step of the booking process (including or excluding taxes depending on your configuration).

On your Agendize platform, a flag icon next to the client name informs you the client currently has access to a promotion.

Then, the discounted price is included in your appointment details to help you manage your in-store payments accordingly.
