Agendize Click-to-Call now integrates with Sección Amarilla application for Samsung Smart TV customers – enabling them to easily reach local businesses for free directly from their couch.


During “Samsung Days 2014,” Sección Amarilla announced the integration of the Agendize Click-to-Call feature into its application for Samsung Smart TV owners; thereby bringing a new innovative way to connect brands to consumers.
Already the largest online directory in Mexico, Sección Amarilla developed an innovative app for the Samsung Smart TV that integrates Click-to-Call. In other words, any Samsung Smart TV owner in Mexico can now browse a local directory through the Sección Amarilla application. This app allows consumers to find the local business, product or service they need, directly from their couch, by using their remote control or even by voice command.
The integration of Agendize Click to Call on the Samsung Smart TV doesn’t just reinforce Samsung’s app offering. The Agendize Click-to-Call feature is a simple and effective solution to boost inbound leads for businesses – by generating an instant high-quality phone call between a business and a customer. Customers only need to enter their phone number and hit the “Call back” button. Click-to-Call then places a call to the business and a call to the customer, which are then merged.
A Google-Ipsos study confirms the importance of Click-to-Call. For instance, 61% of people say that Click-to-Call is very important because 59% of those people want a direct response, 57% want to speak with a real person and 54% need more detailed information.
Thanks to advanced APIs, Agendize apps can connect to any technology and applications – in white and private-label.
