Identify the keywords that are best converting into conversations with your clients

Connecting search keywords to site visits is easy. Connecting those same keywords to direct client interactions and sales, on the other hand, is quite difficult. When a visitor interacts with the Agendize widgets on your site, our reporting will tell you what search keywords he/she used to find your site before interacting. With this information you can see immediately which keywords result in real customer interest and optimize your SEM investment or site content.

Credit Canada tells us how Agendize Click-to-Call increased their conversion opportunities

Agendize: What problems were you facing that led you to decide to implement click-to-call on the Credit Canada site?

Keith Emery (Operations Director, Credit Canada): We were using a custom developed web form on our site to collect basic contact information which was forwarded to an employee who in turn contacted the lead. We found that most of leads resulted in a voicemail and we were looking for a solution that would immediately put the lead in contact with one of our representatives.

Agendize: Why did you choose Agendize’s tools for this problem?

KE: I knew of click to call solutions from visiting other service provider websites and thought this would work well as it would integrate the lead directly into our call centre which will ensure a timely response. Agendize was the only vendor I could find who offered click-to-call on a pay per use basis, which was ideal for us as our call volumes were potentially small and didn't justify a large capital investment.

Agendize: After having used the tools for a number of weeks, could you describe what value we bring to your business?

KE: The click to call form has significantly increased the conversion of leads into actual customer relationships as we are making direct contact with the person. We were getting voicemail on about 50% of our callbacks with the old form which meant often no conversion whereas with the new form we are assured of contact within business hours except for the rare case where a lead drops the call before our call centre connects.
