Alexandre Rambaud has held senior positions in the information technology business for over 15 years, most recently as Executive Vice President for International Operations at Mediapps, a leading European software and portal vendor, where he set up and managed profitable subsidiaries in Germany , UK and Spain . His international background also includes a stint as Strategic Alliances Director for Meta4, a major European HR and Knowledge Management software firm, and five years as Oracle Sales Director, in Madrid , where he held overall responsibility for a multi-million dollar business unit. Mr. Rambaud holds a Masters degree in accounting and finance from the University of Paris and attended INSEAD-Euroforum's Executive Program.

Gary Campbell As the head of AgendiZe Performance Based Solutions, Gary Campbell helps today's leading yellowpage publishers and interactive agencies implement successful pay-for-performance programs and generate new revenue streams using AgendiZe's industry-leading engagement tools. An early pioneer of pay-for-performance strategies, Gary previously served as President of Print and Online Directories at Canwest Publishing, where he led the division from scratch to more than $10M in sales in less than two years through innovative pay-per-call campaigns. Prior to that, he was Director of Canadian Operations at ypOne Canada Publishing; Founder of Southwestern Publishing (The PhoneGuide); and General Manager at Dial Source PLUS (division of Southam Publishing).

Georges-Edouard Rambaud brings a wealth of international business experience to AgendiZe. Previously, he was a Managing Consultant for IBM Business Consulting Services in Belgium, where he specialized in leading ERP implementations. Prior to that he held management positions at the local branches of both Club Méditerranée and Banque Nationale de Paris in Hong Kong. Leveraging these experiences, Georges-Edouard currently oversees AgendiZe's international expansion and business partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Pacific. Georges-Edouard received his B.A. in Economics from the Université Paris XII and his M.A. in Economics from the Université Laval in Canada.

Carolyn Unger Myers has over twenty years of experience in high-tech marketing. Most recently, she built the marketing organization at ExpertCentral.com prior to its acquisition by About.com. Previously, she participated in defining the Web presence for Compaq Computer Corporation and drove marketing strategy for AltaVista MarketSpace. Ms. Myers also spent eight years in Product Marketing at Lotus Development Corporation and gained additional start-up experience at BrightIdeas. She received her Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University in Connecticut.

Christophe Berge began his career at Cap Gemini in 1998 as Analyste d’exploitation Unix. He joined Mediapps in 2000 where he was, successively, Programmer Analyst, Project Chief, and then Technical Manager. He joined AgendiZe in April 2004. Christophe graduated with a DUT Génie Electrique et Informatique Industrielle and a DUT Informatique.

Cédric Peyruqueou began his career as a programmer at the INRIA in 1999 before joining Computer Associates in 2000. He then was recruited by Mediapps where he managed a variety of strategic projects. Cedric graduated with a D.E.S.S. in Database Systems and Integration and a Masters in Mathematical Engineering and Data Processing.

Freddy Mini, CEO Netvibes. Before being CNET ‘s SVP and Managing Director for Europe, Freddy Mini held several key positions such as VP at AltaVista and Ziff Davis and Sr Director at Lotus in the US. Entrepreneur, he co-founded musicMe before joining netvibes as its COO. Based in San Francisco, he created its US subsidiary, netvibes, inc for which he is its CEO. Web 2.0 fanatic, he edits eMini blog, one of the best French speaking reference.

Jean-Pascal Lion is a widely acknowledged expert in the yellow pages industry and former Vice President of Marketing at Yellow Pages Group.
There, Mr. Lion headed the team which helped YellowPages.ca grow to become the number one online directory in Canada, winning numerous industry accolades. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Local Markets for Sympatico-Lycos, where his strategic initiatives led to Sympatico.ca emerging as Canada’s leading French language portal.
Mr. Lion holds an MBA from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business in Montreal and a degree from France's École Supérieure de Commerce de Bordeaux.

Investor Relations

Founded in July 2003 and privately held, AgendiZe has developed a powerful, patented software platform that helps online publishers and advertisers reach more users in more ways. AgendiZe converts online and print ads and content into many times more leads and calls for advertisers.

In April 2006, AgendiZe closed $2 million in first round funding led by BNP Paribas Private Equity, the management company of Antin FCPI funds. In July 2009, it received $1.3 million in additional financing led by Entrepreneur Venture, a leading French investment firm.

AgendiZe is a profitable company with offices in Troyes, France; Montreal, Canada; and San Francisco, California.
